Refund policy

14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original undamaged packaging. Knives that have been carried, sharpened, or show any signs of use cannot be returned.

How to Return
Contact us before sending any return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or variant, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you based on current inventory.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, special orders, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
